1.Firmware Writing
Step 1: Empty the U disk
Step 2: Copy the corresponding resolution program (*. Bin file) with the TXT file to the
U disk base on your screen size (If you have special screen requirement, please
contact with Cindy, she will give you another program,but normally the general
program is enough)
Step 3: Connect the U dish and TV Mainboard Via USB Interface
Step 4: Connect the Keyboard and TV Mainboard
Step 5: Connect the power supply, check the keyboard light. If there is a flashing light,
that is in the written program, waiting for the light turn to Green, work is done.
If there is no flashing light, please cut off the power supply, then connect the USB once
again, then connect the power supply again,
(Note: *During Step 5,the power supply can't be cut off *The same firmware can only
be burned once time)

After all done, use the remote control to turn on the tv (after burning the firmware, the
mainbaord is on standby,need the remote control to turn on the tv)
2. Factory Settings
Menu--remote control press 1147--factory setting
Screen Specification Adustment: Factory setting--Use the right key to choose--MAP
data (LVDS MAP DATA has 16 items totally, it is enough for most of the screen)
3. BOOT LOGO SETTING
Step 1: Put your logo into the U disk
Step 2: connect your U disk with mainboard
Step 3: Find your logo in Multi-media File
Step 4: Select your logo
Step 5: Press No."6 " on remote control to change to fullscreen play,then press "ok" on
the remote control, on the bottom of the option items, there is a " catch", choose it.

LG TV has some hidden features that are distinguished for service staff only.
See how to access the hidden Service menu:
- Installation Menu
- EZ_ADJUST
- IN_START
- POWER_ONLY mode
- IN_STOP procedure
1. Installation menu (Menu installations) To enter the Installation menu on the remote control, you need to:
- Choosing a TV channel (may not work if another input is selected)
- Press and hold the MENU button on the remote control until the TV menu appears, disappears and the info channel appears.
- Quick release the MENU button, enter 0000, 1105, 0413 and press OK. If you do not have a remote control MENU button, use the HOME button instead.
If you have a 2012 model and the above procedure does not work then you have to (use a special remote service)
- Sign InStart Menu
- Press the Settings button.
In the installation menu, you can change the following parameters:
- LG Hotel Mode setup (setting restrictions for the hotel)
- TV Link-Loader (load / save configuration (TLL file) from / to a USB drive)
- Change Password
- Set ID Settings
To enter Power_Only mode, using the remote control access code.
In Power_Only mode, the screen will go to a white screen saver.
To exit Power_Only mode, press the "Back," the fox Input and Power Off / On.
Note: When Power_Only mode has used the service mode password is disabled and energy saving changes to the sensor button code debug remote code services.- IN_STOP Procedure
Procedure IN_STOP is something like a factory default reset. This is different from the normal plant in the TV main menu, but the exact meaning of it is currently unknown.
