Hisence emmc repair

The fault is, when the power is plugged in, the blue indicator light turns from dark to bright, and the whole machine does not respond. The normal situation should be that the blue light turns red first. I repeatedly plugged and unplugged the power plug, and once ten times, the blue light turned red again. Press the power button of the machine or the remote control, and the blue light turned blue, but the whole machine did not respond, the backlight did not light, and there was no voltage on the screen.

Find out the strong flashing program that I bought before, write it into the U disk, plug in the TV USB port, and press the remote control volume to reduce the volume immediately after plugging in the power. After several tries, I finally entered the flashing screen once. When it was in the forties, the machine restarted, and then the flashing progress started again. When it was more than 70%, the screen displayed an English message, which probably meant that something went wrong, and then the machine crashed. Red to blue again. From the debugging port of the machine, which is the headphone jack under the U disk, plug in the plug, use the HyperTerminal to cooperate with the previous brushing of the nine small boards, there are only 5 pieces of printing information, the analysis should be that the boot in the user data is lost, if the BOOT is lost If so, there should be no printed information. The EMMC of this machine is Hynix's 3100, the capacity is 4G, and the version is 4.5. I checked it on the Internet and it is a common problem with this model of Hisense. It is easy to break. It can be replaced with Toshiba 5G5A1. Since there is no programmer, there is no way to write EMMC. I bought a piece of writing data for 50. The seller sent a Toshiba BG5D1 with a capacity of 4G and a version of 5.0. They said they were the same. The seller said that there is absolutely no problem with the data, so the tin was installed and welded again, let alone the process. The 153 net I bought was not easy to use. Negotiated, returned 30 yuan, I lost 30. (20 round-trip shipping plus 10 yuan from the seller), I bought a blank 5G5A1 online, said it was brand new, cost a small 20, welded it after arrival, and then follow the drawings. After flying the line, I went to my friend and borrowed RT809H programmer to write a guide online (because my peer did not buy a seat), after installing the machine, the blue indicator light turned from dark to bright, and the screen also turned on, but it was stuck in the LOGO , before using the U disk to flash the program, it is perfectly repaired.

There is no way, now there are more and more EMMC failures in smart TVs. When you encounter a cheap board, you can replace it. Like this 32-inch machine, the machine is cheap, but the board is surprisingly expensive. Most will choose to give up. I have a lot of faulty machines like this here, but the board numbers are different, and they all use Hynix's EMMC. I spent so much energy, mainly for learning, otherwise I will get stuck here, so that I have to change the board when I encounter similar problems in the future!

This spirit is praised. Although it took time, it was a joy to finally fix it... and after this process, I will be more confident about desoldering the EMMC.
I want to say to those who say that it is better to change the board at every turn: If you all report this attitude, why would you comment? In the future, there will be two lines: change the board and change the screen. To tell the truth, this kind of comment is better than no comment. Repairs aren't just about making money.
Finally, a point: this board does not have too high requirements for EMMC, G5D1 should be available, but not at first, there should be other reasons.

This spirit likes one. Although it took time, it was a joy to finally fix it. ... And after this process, the desoldering EMMC will be more...

I don't understand this. I want to ask, is it possible to use a different version of the bootloader for the same board number (BOOT should be the same, that is, is there any difference in the user BIN file), I wrote the bootstrap on the fly line At that time, I used the 809H software to open the boot program of the same board number downloaded from the Internet. There are two, one shows version 4.5, and the other shows version 5.0. I wrote version 4.5, and version 5.0 has not been tested. And I have repaired several models of this model, all of which are 7800 boards, but the production year is 17 years and 19 years, mine is 18 years old, and the stickers on the motherboard are different, I don't know the seller gave me. Hair is that version. If the chip is not soldered, there should be no printed information.

oz9976agn modification

This is a TCL55N3 curved TV. The backlight unit has broken several times, causing the TV to be black at times. Now the light bar has been replaced. Before the light bar arrived, I decided to use the original lamp bead to change the current. oz9976agn reduces the backlight current, and there is no example in the online search. After analyzing the functional pins of oz9976agn, I did not find any pins that changed the current. Some people actually changed the R623-R628 resistors connected in series with the lamp beads. Later, they changed them to protect them after starting up. I also tried it, because my The light bar has already broken several lamp beads, I removed a 150 resistor, and it must be protected when it is turned on. Analyzing the circuit, these resistors are used for LED overcurrent detection. Once you remove one, it will cause the sampling voltage to rise, and then the oz9976agn will have false overcurrent protection. Later, I found the reference drawing to design the backlight circuit. Analysis, I feel that the backlight current of this TV cannot be changed at all, but for me, I am not reconciled, because I also promised the user, I will give you the backlight almost once. So I checked the chip information on the Internet, and found that a repairman occasionally removed a resistor, and later the backlight oz9976agn current became smaller. Although it does not know the principle, I analyzed the circuit design for him to remove the resistor. The resistor he removed was Disconnecting the ADIM from the main board to the power board, my understanding is that it is the consciousness of AUTO and DIM, that is, the main board sends the automatic brightness control to the backlight board according to the image brightness. I can also understand it as the ABL of the CRT? So I followed suit. Remove the resistor. At this time, I turn on the current to detect the current. Originally, the TV's power-on current was 150MA and then increased to about 350MA. Now when I turn on the TV, it immediately reaches about 350MA. I guess this should be because the TV's backlight has been fully adjusted. To thinking, since the current can be increased by removing the resistor, then I should use the voltage and find a way to reduce the current. Later, I added an old-fashioned light-emitting diode to the backlight circuit after removing the circuit to turn on the current. 180MA, and then a 1N4148 diode was added to the ground, and the current was 150MA. I also removed this circuit before, but I changed the current later. I used another method. When the light bar comes back, I will decide the current of the light bar, but if I have a method, I can change the current to a suitable position at will. To be honest, I also changed the P.DIM voltage before. The change of that voltage is almost useless for the current. It is estimated that the control should be pulse width modulation, this is analog control, the first is numerical control, and the second is voltage control.
